Model match help

Hello, I'm after some information on how driver match works, I've got an Image uploaded and deploying how I want it to work but the model match doesn't seem to honour what is set in the web console as in it downloads for whatever the machine is I've tried to image?

Any clarification or help would be appreciated

are you sure the model you entered matches what is reported? In one of your imaging logs for that model, it will tell you exactly what it's looking for.

I entered "bob" as a test to make sure it was only going to do the file copy for the drivers on a match and it sill downloaded them

the model match, matches an entire image profile, you need multiple profiles and if one is matched is uses that one, otherwise it uses the default profile
