You may need to roll the driver for the onboard NIC into the WIE.
If you add the drivers as a file copy module and mark it as a driver in the settings of that module, you'll see it in a list at the bottom of the WIE generator. If you check the the box that corresponds to the driver file upload module and regenerate the ISO, it should work. We've done this for some of our newer Dell devices.
