TOEC Clients Unable to Provision

Hi All!
I have an odd issue, I'm hoping someone has seen this before and / or I'm just missing something obvious. I'm imaging systems using a 25H2 base image prepared with the TOEC imaging client. Some of the imaged system provision in TOEC on first login and run the assigned policy without error. Others refuse to provision into toec at all. These are all on the same air-gapped network.
Running toec.exe --console shows the following error: : ERROR [4] ServiceActiveComServer computername\user - The Request Was Unauthorized Provision/ComConnectionTest/
I've tried partial and full client resets as well as ComServer updates via the client without success.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It was a time discrepancy between the server and the clients. Because they are imaged from an air-gapped server the clients can't pick up the current time from NTP. This error does not show on the client but does appear in the TOEC API logs. Once the client time is updated to match the server it provisions without issue.
