Theopenem not working to image new laptop

We received a new version of laptops this year and my usb drives with Theopenem kernel 5.6.4x64 won't work with them. The method we use for imaging laptops is we disable Secure Boot on the laptop and boot to usb drive that we created using the ISO/USB Boot Generator. We then get the menu to either boot to the local device, Theopenem, or Client Console. We select Theopenem and then get a black screen with a solid cursor in the upper left corner, nothing happens even after 10 minutes or so.

We have tried making new usb boot drives using every kernel that is available and we get the same thing. I know something needs to be updated such as driver pack maybe but just am at a loss where to go and what the next step would be.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Not quite a solution, more of a workaround, but - I recommend using the WIE instead of the LIE.
We had a similar issue last year, switched to the WIE (it was always something we were going to do, it just needed to happen at that time due to the issue) and haven't looked back since.
I recommend reading the docs.
Never had a problem with it since.

I got it all set up, however the WIE service won't start. This is running on a Windows server so not sure if that makes a difference or not as the directions are for Windows 11.
