Custom Computer Report shows only one result per machine

Hello,

When I want to execute a custom computer report and query the application name for example %visual% to show results like these: "Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Minimum Runtime - 14.40.33816". For some reason I only get one result per machine even tho there are multiple Visual C++ Runtimes installed. Is this the expected behaviour or a bug? Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

That is the intended behavior, that report gives you a list of computers that match your criteria.
