  • Sorry if I missed this somewhere. We just stare using Theopenem and love it. We have a technician we would like to be able to image computers but not access the system as an Administrator. We also have K-12 students we do not want to accidently image a machine so we need to keep those images somewhat protected.

    We tried to set him as a user but the system says his username and password do not have the rights to access the images. I can't for the life of me figure out where I can adjust either the rights of what a user can do or allow a regular user login access to images. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    If it matters we pxeboot and have a Global Imagine Token configured.

  • Users->View->Access Control, enable the image tasks permissions.
