Recommended USB LAN adapters for toec?

I've setup a TOEM server to test taking/deploying images for laptops but hit a roadblock when Toec wouldn't detect the wireless network adapter (this is a slim laptop with no ethernet port).
Is there a known good/recommended USB LAN adapter that will work well with Toec? I had one lying around that it detected and the machine received an address via DHCP, but the client indicated it still couldn't communicate with the communication server.
