Login / Password and 403

Hello
When I boot pendrive linux/WIE boot ask me first for creditials ( we put login/password for server ) then we got Could not download script 403
Everything till this moment step by step done via Documentation -
OK i found solution to create new admin account
But we have now other problem. On main page we found that application support DELL Raid but when we boot " program doesn't see any disks"
