inaccessible boot device

    I am getting an error of "inaccessible boot device" after a deploy of any image.
    It was working up till about a week ago. Today we upgrade to 1.5.2 from 1.4.8 to see if that would fix the issue.

    We have tired a deploy using a Universal Image that copies over the drives and an Image made off of that machine.

    We have tired dynamic and Standard Partitions.

    This issue is happening to all of our Image that we deploy.
