Nevermind. I didn't read the test instructions carefully enough. I missed the port number.

I have been following the 1.5.2 Documentation for Server Installation. I have reached the section "Test Toec-API". When I navigate to the Provision/VerifyDb address I do NOT receive the number 60. Instead I receive a "404 - File or directory not found." message. I then redid the whole "Update Theopenem Web.config Files" section in case I missed something. Everything seemed in order but I followed the directions and copied/pasted everything as instructed and saved the files again. I also restarted the server OS. Still no joy. What now? Thanks.
