@donmatei If you mean raid on the motherboard, that's provided by an Intel Rapid Store Technology driver. Windows Update should install the correct driver so you can extract it from the machine with Export-WindowsDriver in powershell.
It should be this version of RST, but intel distributes them as exes and I've never managed to extract the drivers from the exe
