When I go to "ip address/provision/verifyDB" I get "720" instead of "60". We have endpoints with TOEC that aren't communicating with the server as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello. We have a new set of laptops. This model is a Dell Latitude 5550. When we try to PXE boot, it gets stuck at "efi stub loaded initrd from command line option". We had the same issue with the Dell Latitude 5450 which is why we swapped to the 5550 but the issue still persists. This seems to be only on newer models. All of our other models PXE boot fine. We are running TOEM 1.5.6 on Windows Server 2012 R2. Any help would be great.

@cracking-skulls I'm having this same issue. Were you able to resolve it?

We have over 600 computers and we just started deploying Windows 11. Toec is successfully installed but it will not report into Theopenem. I can't do a force check in either. I receive "could not run checkin". All of our Windows 10 computers check in fine. What is the cause and fix for this?

Is it possible to deploy images over HTTPS? We have multiple remote sites with our com server in a central location. If possible, how do we go about setting it up?

Doing some changes to our network and we are changing IP address and assigning new VLANS. Is it possible to the IP of the Com Server without any major affects?

Recently set up our new com server since our move. Got everything figured out other than when we go to deploy an image that we copied over, it give us this error. Any help?

We moved locations and setup an entire new server and imaging server. Did the walk through Clone Deploy from Youtube has up and got everything properly done he walked through. When going to image, we receive this error and as well as this log error.

Getting this error after setting up COM server and attempting to deploy and image.

@theopenem_admin All we did was run the 1.5.5 updater and all we see is this now.

@theopenem_admin So with that, how does TOEM report to the server? Is it secured for us to open communications for outside use of TOEM?

@theopenem_admin Yes they were. We built out the computers at our office, imaged them, joined to domain, updated, and gave them to the user to take home. They're still in our AD and get all of our GPO updates. They're no longer reporting in TOEM though.

We have a few remote workers and we ran a report to see who had updated software we were deploying and these remote workers computers were not showing up. Is there a way to get them to report in? They're not showing up in the computers at all.
