all settings are good on BIOS (unless something new has entered the realm of issues). I use the same standard settings as with all the other units i have imaged over the past year (all successful).
task starts, go through the que checks then starts to shrink NTFS volume, then fails and displays error.
Getting a 103 error when i start my active task on the new device upload (to existing image and i tried create new)

I just did a HP 400 AIO G9 and it has worked flawlessly. Curious if a new security measure has been added to prevent the imaging?

again i am using the same/similar BIOS setting that allow the imaging to work on similar systems. This unit is brand new and there may be some new security protections preventing.

After it fails- and reboots- windows fails to boot and it enters auto repair and fixes itself. then boots normally.

Found the culprit. I'll restore files and see if that has me working again! Good Grief.

@theopenem_admin Yes there is Anti virus. I was worried that might be an issue. Just the 1.5.6 installer and do a "repair"?

DEFAULT build. NO mods or custom changes from the original install.

No updates were applied (updates are set to manual on this server). I have since applied Windows updates in the hopes of a fix.

There is a 12.7 update for Heidi but i am not applying that since everything worked as of yesterday when everything was fine.

I have imaged close to 100 machines over the past few days (this system works great!).
This morning i jump in and see that my web UI has a "Could Not Determine Database Version" notice. i tried to login and got "Unknown Error Obtaining Token". I tried to image a machine (on demand task) and it says my login info is invalid....

The log shows that around 1AM TODAY it lost its ability to GetAllVersionInfo.
