We are getting the following problem:

This happens when we deploy an image and then upload (it happens both by uploading an existing one and creating a new one). It happens whether we have modified the image or not before uploading it again.

I have gone crazy with kernels, Theopenem options and Windows disk repairs. But I can't find the solution.

Any idea?
