Computer Reports
Hi,
Need some help with reporting.
How do I create a report to show all provisioned computers and the windows updates available for each whether installed or not?
I've tried creating a custom computer report but I can't seem to make everything show up.
I used the parameters below when doing my query.And/Or Table Field Operator Value
( Computer computer_name LIKE % )
And ( Windows Update title LIKE % )
And ( Windows Update is_installed LIKE % )Thank you in advance.

What ports are used?
Hi,
Was wondering if you had any documentation available showing which ports are in use for Toem server and Toec clients? If not may I know what these are?
Thanks in advance.

RE: Toems-API Keepalive Task Scheduler error
@theopenem_admin Thank you for the suggestion. Changing the password fixed it for me.
I just wasn't sure if that account was linked to anything else and needed the password it was initially created with. Thanks again for the help. -
Toems-API Keepalive Task Scheduler error
Hi,
I just noticed this task which has been failing (from the looks of it). Not sure if it has any impact on the performance of the app. I scrolled all the way to the bottom of the history list and it's the same error for all events.
If it has, can you suggest anything I could do to fix this?Thank you.

Thank you for looking into and considering this.

RE: Dashboard graphs
Hi,
Would be great to see a total count of all machines provisioned together with the check in graph. That way we could do a quick comparison of how many devices did not check in within any given period.
A graph showing top software and version installed on each endpoint would also be great.
Apart from that, the ability to pin groups and policies to the dashboard for everyone who has access to the platform to see would be great.
Thanks.

RE: Dashboard graph only showing last hour checkins
Hi,
Thank you for the update, much appreciated.
So if I understand it correctly the axis for the past hours (2 - 12) will only rise if a device did not check in for that time? For my test environment, from which this graph was taken, I have 4 computers provisioned - 3 of those are online all the time, while the remaining 1 is powered down when not in use. However as you can see in the graph, it only reports the 3 devices.
Thanks.

Dashboard graphs
Hi,
Are there any plans to add additional dashboard graphs? Currently the only graph available only shows checkins per hour (which doesn't seem to be working well, at least for me).
It would be great if we could put in additional graphs and if we could opt to have everyone who can login to the dashboard see the pinned items, not just the user who pinned it.Thanks.

Dashboard graph only showing last hour checkins
Hi,
Appreciate the help you can offer here.
I noticed that the default graph available on the dashboard only shows the last hour checkins of all my provisioned devices (see attached)
I have my toec settings configured to checkin every hour, however this graph only reports the last hour of checkins all the time. Thanks in advance for the help.
