Client outside your internal network

First of all, congratulations on this amazing tool. How does this tool work if the workstations are outside your internal network? Will the software deployment and remote management work if the workstations reside outside your LAN?

Yes. It was designed this way and is how I personally use it. Ideally, you would setup another server in your DMZ or however you allow traffic through your firewall. On this new server, you would only install the com server, leaving the application and and UI on your internal network. I'll be creating a video later today on use multiple com servers which may answer some of your questions.
