Domain Join - Error 5

I stumble on this as I try to join re-imaged formerly joined PC to domain. I think it should delete the object and join it again, but it's not doing so? It always shows error 5 in service logs, if the PC is in the domain. I added permissions for both creating and deleting computer objects and also for child objects int he next step for the whole domain.

The user is missing the needed permissions to join the domain for computers that are already in active directory. You need to find the correct permission.
