Theopenem-RemoteAccess does not install- IIS problem???

When I run the RemoteAccess-Addon-d434f9e.msi installer on any server or Windows 10 machine, I get the following: Theopen-RemoteAccess-d434f9e cannot be installed on systems with Internet Information Systems version lower than 5.1.

Did you install Theopenem com server first?

@theopenem_admin Yes, Have had it running for a couple of months in test now, with about 11 clients.

On that same server you are installing the remote access on?

No. That is the remote access server component. It needs to be installed on your Theopenem server.

@theopenem_admin Ah, I must have mis-read the instructions. OK, it installed on the Theopenem server.
