Multicast RDV address for inter-VLAN imaging

As per https://forum.theopenem.com/topic/308/multicast-hanging-for-multiple-pcs/36?_=1663069867181, the --mcast-rdv-address argument should be changed to multicast address like 238.X.Y.Z or be as its own editable option in multicast part of Com servers.
