USB Boot & Upload

Hi,
We just switched from CD to Theopenem and are running into some snags. First, what is the process to build a bootable flash drive? The second is how do we upload both UEFI images and legacy images? We just bought a ton of Dell Latitude 3510's and there does not seem to be an option to set it to legacy. The Dell Latitude 7400's that we currently have been working just fine with clonedeploy since we were able to turn UEFI boot off. Any help is appreciated.
