Remote Workers not Reporting in

We have a few remote workers and we ran a report to see who had updated software we were deploying and these remote workers computers were not showing up. Is there a way to get them to report in? They're not showing up in the computers at all.

If they aren't listed in computers, there won't be anyway to get them to checkin. Were they listed in computers initially?

@theopenem_admin Yes they were. We built out the computers at our office, imaged them, joined to domain, updated, and gave them to the user to take home. They're still in our AD and get all of our GPO updates. They're no longer reporting in TOEM though.

Did you setup your firewall to allow them to communicate to the server and use a FQDN for your com server url?

@theopenem_admin So with that, how does TOEM report to the server? Is it secured for us to open communications for outside use of TOEM?

You only want to open the com server, not the ui or application. You can review the security and topology section from the docs.
