VerifyDB with answer "15"

    Hello,
    Ive set up a test server of TheOpenEM to test out all of its features without AD.
    it worked for the past 2 days without problems till today. For some reason the test client cant connect to the database anymore and verifyDB test gives me an answer of "15" instead of the "60" from the documentation.
    ive tried pinging the server from the testclient with the required ports and all are successful.
    Any ideas as to why? Ive tried restarting the server already.

    Update:
    The connection seems to working again, as it pushed a test policy i made an hour ago.
    trying toec.exe --console seems to be working again, but the VerifyDB test is still giving me "15" as an answer.
    Is this normal behaviour?
