Can't Upload Files

Hello,
When trying to upload files via the File Copy Modules, I get the following error:XHR returned response code 0
The file is not uploaded, and so it is subsequently not distributed to client machines. In this example, I'm trying to upload a setup executable file for Notepad++.
Any suggestions on where to start to figure out what is wrong?

Did you set your uploadapiurl in web.config?

Ha, I did, but there was a typo. Thanks for suggesting I check there.
