Installation Issue

I have tried to install the software several times. I tried different versions and get the same error.

During install i get an error message
Warning 4154. MariaDB 10.4 (x64) prerequisite was not correctly installed. Continue installation of Theopenem?

If I continue installation with the error I get an "Unknown Error Obtaining Token" message when trying to log into theopenem web interface

Are you installing on a clean OS or does it have mysql or mariadb already installed on it?

It was a clean OS.
There are not any databases installed mysql or mariadb.

What OS are you installing on and is it 64 bit?
