I'm trying to remove the lockscreen and blackground that the sysprep set.

I can't seem to remove it.
I have already deleted and removed all Theopenem applications from everything I have here because the software did not work as intended.

All I need is a way to remove the lock from being able to change the background and lock screen wallpapers.

Reinstalled and setting up Theopenem is not an option.

It just sets 2 reg keys in
SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\PersonalizationCSP
