toec ok srv, not on client

    toec install in server theopenem all is good
    but install on windows 10 not functioning .

    put your toec api in debug mode and check the logs on the server.

    hello, i found the reason , it's time , i had 10 mn offset between server and client , i correct that and know it's good .
    is it possible to add that information in documentation install ?
