Custom Menu entry not displaying

I'm trying to add a custom menu entry through the web interface. I added the entry and it saved in the database. I recreated the boot files. I booted through pxe and the entry does not show up. I looked at the grub.cfg file and can see the entry in the file.

Are you sure that you are loading grub and not ipxe?

Under PXE Settings, the Proxy Bios Bootloader is pxelinux.
