USB and PXE boot error

I have the Theopenem all setup and have captured my first image. When trying to load the image on a dell machine I am getting the error “Could not open \efi\boot\failback.efi : 14” whether I boot from usb or pxe. Any ideas? I have tried disabling secure boot in bios but it did not help.

@bg_12 Have you also disabled Secure boot on the sysprep machine?

Also, make sure you created the LIE with secure boot support disabled.
