Warning: failed to translate partition name & EFI Variables are not supported on this system

When deploying/uploading an image, when it gets the the creating image schema prompt, , i get a warning that says;
Warning: failed to translate partition name
EFI Variables are not supported on this system.It will eventually move past that and start the volume shrink but ideally, I would like that there are no working.
This only seems to happen with Windows 10 Pro

Hello I am getting this same message 12 times, then it starts shrinking the Volumes.
Then I get a few more and then it starts to upload the volumes. Is this a setting or is it the way the Dell Laptop has its partitions built?
It eventually works but adds almost 5 minutes to the upload time.Thanks
