Image-Download: Incorrect Login

Registration of a new client fails. I use the access data of the Theoopenem dashboard:

User: toemsadmin
PW: xxx

What could be the mistake. I exclude Typo;)

I have performed the server installation and setup again with version 1.3.1.

Inclusive:

On your server, navigate to:
\Program Files\Theopenem\Toems-API\private\agent
Rename each file from 1.3.0 to 1.3.0.0

The known error occurs again: Incorrect login.

I am using the login data of the Toems webinterface here. Hope that's true.

If so, what could be the problem? I am at a loss!

Did you change the toemsadmin password?

I also enter the new password here. Unfortunately without success.

Perhaps it's a bug with special characters. Try making the password alphanumeric only to rule that out.
