Disable hibernation when preparing for imaging

This should be a fairly simple one for the sake of saving people some time when imaging. If hibernation is enabled the Toec.exe --prepareImage function can also disable hibernation if its enabled for the imaging process.

This is now available in 1.3.3, you can also add the cmd line parameter skip_hibernation if you don't want prepareImage to disable hibernation
