Hi,
Been getting this error in the application log. Happens a 15:00 and 07:00 everyday. What should I be looking at to resolve this?
024-11-15 07:01:23,972 [65] ERROR Toems_Service.EncryptionServices Could Not Decrypt Password. Ensure Your Encryption Key is Correct.
thanks!
Looks like this is typical for packages that get update frequently like Chrome. I think I'll avoid using Winget for Chrome
How can we handle the Winget error - Install Hash does not match?
I'm trying to deploy Chrome via Winget and i'm getting this error.
I know about: run winget settings --enable InstallerHashOverride to enable hash overriding. Then re-run the winget install command with the flag --ignore-security-hash
Thanks!

Hello @theopenem_admin,
Revisiting TOEMS at our University. I'm getting an error (see below) in TOEC Tray.log on our first provisioned machine. Machine provisions fine, performed an inventory successfully. Thanks for taking a look.

Good day,
We've been getting sluggish performance from our server lately and come to find out that TOEC-API is at a constant high CPU usage around 80%.
The IIS requests are as follows.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

Greetings,
We've been getting these errors lately in our logs during imaging. Any idea what could be causing them?
ERROR Toems_ClientApi.Controllers.Authorization.CertificateAuth The given header was not found.
ERROR Toems_ApiCalls.ApiRequest Response Data Was Null For Resource: Socket/SendAction
ERROR Toems_ApiCalls.ApiRequest Response Data Was Null For Resource: toec/Push/WolTask
Thanks in advance!
@theopenem_admin thanks, that would be amazing. If you need any testing done we're more than happy to do so. Multicast makes our network inf guys happy.
@theopenem_admin Thanks for the heads up. Is this something that you'll be implementing in the future?
Hi,
Imaging via TOEC is working very well. Thank you for adding the feature. Not having to be onsite to remote image is amazing.
I'm moving on to testing multicasting. Is there a way to multicast via TOEC? We have large labs of 30+ computers and would like to image them without being onsite.
Thanks
Apex
@theopenem_admin Thank you! That would be amazing!
@theopenem_admin Apologies. We're talking about same thing. Re-imaging a machine that's running in windows with the client installed. We have the same scenario as jithinpsk. Currently with Ghost, we select a task to re-image a lab. The computers reboot into WinPe and boot up the Ghost client to connect to our Ghost server. No USB or PXe required.
@theopenem_admin Absolutely worth the effort. Remote imaging without having to physically touch a machine is crucial in an education environment where we image computer labs all over campus. We're currently using Ghost which has been doing this for years but would like to move away from it.
