My mid size company of about 300 end users just got all systems infected with ransomware I need a mass deployment immediately! I had this product installed on a vm and it was working flawlessly when clone a single had drive and deploying bust since I no longer have that machine because the computer got is go deleted from the attack. I rebuilt a new on this morning and follow all directions like last time to get it up and running now I cannot even clone a single machine I get could start server image receiver???? All my webconfig configurations seem to be correct as the videos on YouTube show and what’s in the instructions. I also get cant load kernel or something need to get the exact message when I disable safe boot on the usb. Please help and how can I deploy massively

I am getting the same error on upload could not start server image reciever??? how do i fix this??? in my com server I have http://10.1.2.57:8888

I get this error bitlocker is enabled when trying to upload an image. I went to manage bitlocker and see that on the c drive it’s waiting for activation. I tried disabling bitlocker encryption drive or something can’t remember full name but I disabled it and re ran uploading image and got same error. Please help. Thank you so much for always coming through and replying very much appreciated!

Thanks you for the heads up.. although it would be nice to have one platform that supports both.

Any way to now or in future support for macOS? I have about 15 macs in my domain and I would like to be able to add macs and also be able to remote into them even if there's a broswer based remote session that would be awesome!

I had same issues at first. Although I still don’t know what the error messages exactly mean. I know that was choosing the wrong options on the client I was doing deploy and doing upload image task on the server. Which gave me errors I was thinking deploy this image from to the server client and upload image on server.

I then went upload on server and and upload on the client and viola it worked!

Try that out and seen if it works for you. Because I had same issues with only <100MB showing

Okay so I just check my task on the GUI and it appears to be uploading the image of the dell even though "_" is on the blank black screen and nothing else. very weird. Love this product though!!!

So I have AHCI enabled instead on raid on a Dell Optiplex5090 as well as secure boot disabled. And I have toec installed on the dell and the service is stop and powercfg.exe /h off is set with elavated privileges. I booted from the clientboot usb and proceeded to upload image since the task is started and all I get is still the "_" on a blank screen. Please help.

Please help I am trying to image a dell pc and all I get when I boot fromm the USB to image and I select theopenem I get a black screen with _ and nothing happens. The task is running I stopped the toec service and I also ran with admin powercfg.exe /h off. The usb is config for MBR (bios or uefi) also I tried it with GPT and still get the same results.

I was able to upload the image on the server from the client and deploy that image successfully to other client with toes installed or no operating system installed at all. I do have a few questions though I am using the Linux image now will this do two things a) will it convert mbr to gpt during upload? b) so far I have only deployed from HP desktop to Hp Desktop can I go from HP to any vendor (Dell, Lenovo,etc) even on laptops with that one image? c) how does the shrink work from a 1tb disk to 256gb disk? Is this all done on the upload from the client? Can this all be done with the Linux image or do I need to use pxe for certain things to work? I love your product it’s an awesome tool!

I did a successful test image last night and now when I am trying to do another one I get the following error Unknown Error Occurred While Determining Minimum HD Size Required.

What do I do I need to do to fix this error? Please help

No, just only using the linux deployment but not using winpe.

One thing is would it be possible to access the web UI from anywhere remotely kind of like how faronics delpoy is.

I would like to be able to access the web UI from home and not in the office. Probably best practice would be to vpn into my office and then access the web ui.

How do I setup wan remote control. I want to be able to access my domain pc’s located in various locations across the us and one office in Atlanta. I am in our main office in Los Angeles. Any help would be much appreciated. I also would like to set this up legit with external access outside network over https

I just did my first deployment of capturing an image and that appears to look normal to me. Go to images and check your images and look at the LIE block size you should also see your hdd soze captured.

I am a newbie with TheOpenEM how do I capture an image of my machine. I have already done everything ask for setting up wine environment. Cant find a tutorial on this or documentation.
