@curling0221 I am being faced with this problem again. Did you ever find a resolution to it?

RE: Cant log in - Looking for MFA?
I never found the answer or source of the problem, but it only seemed to happen if I tried to log in to the webpage from a remote workstation. If I log in to the server, it didn't happen. Its been a little while since it has happened to me, so I am digging to remember.

How to inject network drivers in to WIE
Im trying to image a Lenovo T14 and its not seeing the network card when I boot to WIE. I'm using the WIE generator, and I see an option for additional drivers. But it says that "No File Copy Driver Modules Found". Im not using EM at all, so I am not sure how that applies.
TIA

RE: Unknown Error Occurred While Determining Minimum HD Size Required. Check the Exception Log
@jonsjsbs IDK. I re-uploaded it and then re-deployed and it seemed to work fine. Thanks!

RE: Cant log in - Looking for MFA?
I just tried to record a very brief clip to show you.... And it logged in.
Anyway, I am in now. I'm going to create a break-glass account. But based on the deployment account, I don't think that would help. Are there any logs I can send that may be helpful in determining root cause?

RE: Unknown Error Occurred While Determining Minimum HD Size Required. Check the Exception Log
@theopenem_admin I reviewed the log I uploaded and it seems to show the upload starting as SMB but then switching to HTTP and running successfully. That does reflect what I did. Do I need to reimage it for some reason? (once I can log in)

RE: Cant log in - Looking for MFA?
Update - Rebooted server with no change. Still getting verification prompt when trying to log in. I have a deployment user account. That is also being prompted for 2FA. Neither had 2FA activated.

RE: PXE Boot and TOEM problems
@samwell9854 I would probably start with explicitly giving "Everyone" full permissions and be sure that the subfolders are inheriting the permissions properly. Then test. If it works, atleast you verified that its a permissions issue. Then you can switch back to IIS_IUSRS and making sure that the folder perms are correct. If it does not work with everyone having full permissions, I would be at a loss

Cant log in - Looking for MFA?
I am new to this and still playing. But today I cannot log in. Its asking for a verification token. But I never set up MFA for toemsadmin and unfortunately havent created another admin account yet. Any way to resolve this without fresh install?

RE: Unknown Error Occurred While Determining Minimum HD Size Required. Check the Exception Log
@theopenem_admin I was having issues with SMB and switched away from it. Maybe I sent wrong logs? I will check. ty

RE: Imaging VMs
@theopenem_admin Thanks! Not sure why I am having trouble with creating one then. Is there a place in the docs with prerequisites that I missed? I'm getting the "Unknown Error Occurred While Determining Minimum HD Size" error.

RE: PXE Boot and TOEM problems
@samwell9854 Boiling your post down, I am new to TOEM also. But, that message about not being able to copy the binaries was one I had. Give IIS_IUSRS modify access to C:\Program Files\Theopenem\tftpboot
Thanks to mod

Imaging VMs
Does TOEMS require any special steps on imaging a VM? I am doing it to test, but I am wondering if its unsupported to "bare metal" on a VM HD.
Thanks!

Unknown Error Occurred While Determining Minimum HD Size Required. Check the Exception Log
For testing purposes, I created a small VM and loaded Windows 10.
I then imaged the using the Upload method.I then created a barebones VM with the same specs and no OS loaded.
When I try to deploy, I get the message above. When I check the logs of the target machines, I only see this:
Get hd_schema: profileId=3&clientHdNumber=0&newHdSize=107374182400&schemaHds=&clientLbs=0 {"Message":"An error has occurred."}
I attached the logs from the upload and the deploy. Is testing with VMs supported? Do I need to do something with the target VM first?

RE: Getting username prompt on WinPE
@theopenem_admin AH! I didnt even realize that was the account it was looking for. OK, I created a deployment user and was able to log in and the application started. Thanks!

Getting username prompt on WinPE
I built an image using the WIE Generator. I copied the files from C:\Program Files\Theopenem\Toems-API\private\wie_builder\Builds\tftpboot to C:\Program Files\Theopenem\tftpboot. I set the PXE Boot setting to winpe_efi64. The test machine boots to it, but then prompts for a username and password. I fail twice and it drops to a command prompt. I do have an impersonation account set up but not sure what step I am missing.
Thanks... (again!)

RE: PXE Boot setup
I got it to work and for the device to boot, but I had to give "everyone" full control to the tftpboot folder. What is the proper permissions?

PXE Boot setup
Im trying to set up PXE boot for mastering and imaging but having issues. The one special circumstance is that I have two network cards. This is to isolate the imaging traffic. I thought I got that working after creating a com server and modifying the web.config.
Now, when I try to set up PXE, I get this error
Updated Settings Successfully, But Could Not Copy PXE Binaries On One Or More Com Servers. Check The Logs For More Info.
And I see this in the logs.
2023-09-14 00:31:16,993 [18] ERROR Toems_Service.UncServices Could Not Connect To Storage Location: \\10.0.0.20\toems_images 2023-09-14 00:31:17,012 [18] ERROR Toems_Service.UncServices Error Code: 1326 2023-09-14 04:30:12,237 [29] ERROR Toems_Service.UncServices Could Not Connect To Storage Location: \\10.0.0.20\toems_images 2023-09-14 04:30:12,254 [29] ERROR Toems_Service.UncServices Error Code: 1326 2023-09-14 07:49:46,547 [20] ERROR Toems_Service.Workflows.CopyPxeBinaries Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\Theopenem\tftpboot\boot\BCD' is denied.
My desire is to use SMB for speed and I don't need the features from http. I can browse to the locations from the local machine without issue.
This certainly looks like a permissions issue but I am not sure where to fix that. Any help is appreciated!
