Yes. If you are using the proxy you need to add an ip helper to the proxy just like any other dhcp server. If not using proxy you just need to set your scope options for that subnet.
@wulbs I was having the same problem when I run the toems_dhcp_proxy on the same server, then I run the toems_dhcp_proxy on another computer on the same subnet with the server and it works that way.
You just need to install a com server in that subnet. then define a wol server in admin settings-> wol relays. Assign the new com server to serve that gateway.
