Toec agent is compatible with Windows 7 x64?
I have the symptom following the service stops after an inventory request

Yes it's compatible. Are there any external usb devices connected? Is it all of them or just this one?

I found out where the service stop came from.
At the time of the inventory on the firewall part.
The Windows firewall service was disabled
