I installed theopenem, installation went through without any issues. I have a static IP on this server 2019, however, I cannot access the web portal by hitting the IP.. this is what I am putting into the url: http://10.1.10.2.100

      The page just loads endlessly..

      Any thoughts?

I've rebooted, .NET appears to be installed and running, DHCP is on this server and running perfectly....

      Thanks

The logs would be the best place to start.

There isn't anything in there that is relevant. This means Theopenem hasn't finished it's initial startup. Was this a clean server? My guess is that IIS isn't configured properly. You could check the event log for IIS errors, other than that, I would say make sure you are using a freshly installed server.

@theopenem_admin this is clean server install with 2019 standard running on it, no prior install of theopenem. IIS server seems to be running, I don't see any issues in log files. ISS.PNG

Something is wrong with your IIS bindings. Your webserver isn't listening on any ip addresses. You need to add your ip to the binding or use a "*" for any interface

@theopenem_admin can you tell me what site this binding needs to be placed under? Also, what port to use?
