It's the standard process for setting up IIS with SSL. You need to assign a certificate to the sites in inetmgr, then update your com server url to use https url and port.
Okay something strange happend, after I posted the version picture the timeout happend on the server page so i had to login again and than this is what i got:
After clicking "Update":
Again clicking "Update":
But still getting the "Could not create PXE Boot File" message.
It also takes awhile before the About page is loaded.
It depends. If you are using a FQDN for your com server, then it doesn't matter. Just change the server ip and everything will continue to work. Otherwise, If you are just imaging, you need to rebuild the WIE or LIE, if you are using Toec, you will need to reinstall on every pc.
@theopenem_admin Dell Latitude 53400, 5440, 5540, and Precision 5570. All are the latest Gen. There is definitely something different with these newer ones (I purchased a bunch of laptops and AIOs last year and had no issues with our LIE USBs).
We have not tried WIE yet. I'll have to get that all setup.
@theopenem_admin that's my fault, I just realized the deploy log is from before I re-uploaded the image and changed the name to win11. I did try the newer image (win11) and it was the same error. That's what I'm noticing also, it seems like its not finding the schema file. Updated deploy log: Deploy log.txt
It's difficult to say exactly why the partition isn't being created correctly. You would need to step through the partition process manually to see which step is failing. You could boot to debug mode and run these commands from your log. Every place you see an empty line, press enter, this will replicate the automated partition process to try and find out which step is failing and why.
@theopenem_admin I apologize for the delay. I was able to get the autodiscover and everything to work now seemingly. It registers the computers and gets up to the point where I can just about deploy an image... I can see the task in the webgui... I can see the computer listed with the custom name I gave it under imageonly under computers... yet I cannot see any of our images to be able to deploy them to this offsite computer. Any idea why? It just says no images instead of the 5 or 6 we have present.
@theopenem_admin thanks, that would be amazing. If you need any testing done we're more than happy to do so. Multicast makes our network inf guys happy.
@theopenem_admin It was just for someone to see. Not necessarily an admin. I appreciate the response. Changing the account did work. Thank you for that.
