Can't access web portal
-
The logs would be the best place to start.
-
@theopenem_admin where can I find the log file?
-
@theopenem_admin Not sure if this is what your looking for?
-
The server logs from:
https://docs.theopenem.com/tutorials/logs/ -
@theopenem_admin Application.log This was the only log which showed, the others were clear
-
There isn't anything in there that is relevant. This means Theopenem hasn't finished it's initial startup. Was this a clean server? My guess is that IIS isn't configured properly. You could check the event log for IIS errors, other than that, I would say make sure you are using a freshly installed server.
-
@theopenem_admin this is clean server install with 2019 standard running on it, no prior install of theopenem. IIS server seems to be running, I don't see any issues in log files.
-
Something is wrong with your IIS bindings. Your webserver isn't listening on any ip addresses. You need to add your ip to the binding or use a "*" for any interface
-
@theopenem_admin can you tell me what site this binding needs to be placed under? Also, what port to use?
-
@theopenem_admin never mind, I got to work! Thanks
